1950 S.O.6000, Triton (Newt), F-WFKY

This is the third of six S.O.6000 airframes that were built. The first prototype flew with a German Junkers Jumo 004 on Nov 11, 1946 to become the first French jet to fly.

This aircraft, S.O.6000-03, was only flown twice on April 4, 1950 and May 3, 1950. Both times it could not retract the landing gears.
