The first O-19B was converted to the one and only O-33 by replacing its 450 hp Pratt & Whitney R-1340-7 with a 600 hp Curtiss V-1570-11. Later this aircraft was fitted with new sesqui-wings and a graded Conqueror, designated Y1O-41, shown in the above photos. It was tested at Wright Field as the XO-932.

In 1934 it was rebuilt as Consolidated 23 and registered as NR33Y. In 1936 it was sold to Colonel Alfredo Lezama Alvarez of Mexico registered as XA-DBX.
