Consolidated XB-24B Liberator MSN 1. Originally flown as XB-24 but modified with turbochargers, leak-proof tanks and other changes and was redesignated XB-24B. Bailed to Convair and converted to VIP transport by end of 1944. Scrapped at Brookley Field, AL Jun 20, 1946. Originally serialled 39-556, but was corrected to 39-680
