400 hp Curtiss K-12
Initial configuration with stright wings. Aircraft was tail heavy. This problem was fixed by sweeping the wings. This aircraft was latter modified with longer two bay wings designated as 18T-2. The short wing version was retroactively known as model 18T-1.
