Coded "White 01" applied when presented to Maj.Gen. A.A.Kuznetsov, C/O of VVS SF (Air Force of the Northern Fleet) September 25, 1941.
Still carrying the RAF serial Z5252.
Damaged in combat, belly-landed on frozen lake and abandoned by Lt. P.P. Markov, June 2, 1942.
Subsequently sank through ice.
Recovered in 2004.
