My Father and I with my Taylorcraft, 1981
When we sold the Fairchild 24 N73506 in 1981, My partners in its ownership, Ed Shumaker and Bill Singleton took the cash and I took the trade-in, this Taylorcraft. I went to Florida in 1982 to fly it back to California, but had some magneto problems in Mississippi. I left it in Vicksburg, and with some assistance by my Uncle George, I sold it to someone in Mississippi.
